You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process and at all times thereafter. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact details, and payment method information. 777ag is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by a Player.
It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 777ag Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions are not permitted to register or use the Platform. 777ag reserves the right to close accounts and void transactions where it becomes apparent that a Player is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 777ag will treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been carried out by you, and you will be responsible for all activity occurring under your Account.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 777ag immediately via live chat or email. Until such notification is received by 777ag, all activity on your Account — including bets placed and funds transferred — remains your responsibility.

An Account that has not been accessed or used for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. 777ag reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. 777ag accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Raast. All account balances are held and transacted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777ag does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
Deposits are credited to your 777ag Account balance immediately upon confirmation from your payment provider. In rare cases of payment provider delays, crediting may take up to one (1) business hour. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account after this period, contact 777ag support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 business hours of approval. Processing times may be extended during KYC review periods, public holidays including Eid ul-Fitr and Eid ul-Adha, or during enhanced due diligence checks. 777ag will notify you via your registered contact details if a withdrawal is subject to additional processing time.
All deposits, withdrawals, account balances, bet amounts, and winnings on the 777ag Platform are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777ag does not charge currency conversion fees. Any fees charged by your individual payment provider in connection with transactions are outside 777ag's control and are your responsibility.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 777ag — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and Eid or Ramadan seasonal promotions — are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.
Bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms. Where no specific Wagering Requirement is stated, a default requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
Not all games on the 777ag Platform contribute equally to Wagering Requirement clearance. Contribution percentages by game type are published in the individual promotion terms. Live dealer games, jackpot slots, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward Wagering Requirement clearance unless otherwise specified.
777ag reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, and to close the relevant Account, where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: exploiting wagering patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, collusion between accounts to meet requirements, or use of automated software to fulfil requirements.
Bonus funds that are not claimed within the period specified in the individual promotion terms will expire and be removed from your Account automatically. Unclaimed or expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
All sports bets placed on the 777ag Platform are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the official result as recognised by the relevant sporting authority (for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL fixtures) will be used as the basis for settlement. 777ag's decisions on bet settlement are final, subject to any applicable review process.
All casino games offered on the 777ag Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited and certified for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available from the game information panel within the game itself. 777ag does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or disconnection during a game round or live betting event, 777ag will use reasonable endeavours to reconstruct the game state and settle the relevant round fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, bets affected by a confirmed technical failure may be voided and stakes returned. 777ag accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.
777ag reserves the right to void bets placed at odds or on terms that were clearly erroneous — including obvious pricing errors, typographical mistakes in market descriptions, or incorrect event listings. 777ag will notify affected Players and return voided stakes promptly.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777ag Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 777ag support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be resolved. Any Real Money Balance remaining in a closed Account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification if not already finalised.
777ag reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, where it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where closure is required by 777ag's licensing obligations or applicable law. In cases of confirmed breach, 777ag may forfeit any Bonus Balance and, where fraud or financial crime is involved, any Real Money Balance pending investigation.
